Usage Data Retention
StackJack records every tool call your AI assistants make (see Where to See Your Usage). These records are lightweight call metadata only — tool name, connector, client, duration, outcome — never your request or response payloads.
How long records are kept
Usage records are currently retained indefinitely, so your full call history stays available (what you can see at once depends on your plan's display window — see Audit Logs).
- If a retention window is ever introduced, it would only ever trim old records — your current and recent billing cycles are always available in the portal's usage views, and any change to the retention policy would be announced ahead of time.

Usage records are written durably
Usage logging is engineered so records are not silently lost, even under heavy bursts of tool calls. In the rare event the platform ever had to drop a record under extreme load, that drop is detected and alarmed on our side — it can never happen silently. The counts and history you see in the usage views are a faithful record of what actually ran.
