Enabling Automations for Your Tenant

Agentic orchestration — the Automations feature — is enabled per tenant by StackJack. It is not a self-service toggle in the portal.

How to get it enabled

  1. Contact StackJack support at support@stackjack.io (or through your usual support channel) and ask for agentic orchestration to be enabled for your tenant.
  2. StackJack enables the feature on your tenant.
  3. After your next portal page load, an Automations item appears in the left sidebar navigation.

What you see before it is enabled

While the feature is off for your tenant:

  • There is no Automations item in the sidebar navigation.
  • Navigating directly to any automations URL (for example /automations) shows a generic "Page not found" message rather than the feature.

If you expected Automations to be available and see "Page not found" instead, the feature is not (or is no longer) enabled for your tenant — contact StackJack support.

After it is enabled

Open Automations in the sidebar. Your first visit lands on the Overview tab, which walks you through what automations are, and a short guided tour of the page starts automatically. From there:
