This Cookie Policy explains how MSP Automator Labs, LLC doing business as StackJack.io (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the stackjack.io website (the “Site”) and in connection with the Services. This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, available at https://stackjack.io/privacy-policy/. Capitalized terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meanings stated in our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
Small files, broad definition.
Cookies are small text files placed on a device when a person visits a website. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, software development kits, and other technologies that store or access information on a device. In this Cookie Policy, we refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies.”
Seven jobs, one promise.
Provider uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site and Services and for the purposes described below. These technologies support:
Provider uses third-party advertising technologies and related server-side conversion reporting to measure the effectiveness of Provider’s advertising campaigns and improve how those campaigns are delivered, as described in the Advertising and Conversion-Measurement Cookies category below. Provider also uses a third-party session-analytics service to understand how visitors navigate the Site and to identify usability and performance problems, as described in the Site Analytics Cookies category below. Provider uses the information collected by these technologies only to measure and improve its own advertising and its own Site; Provider does not use it to build profiles of individuals for unrelated purposes, and Provider does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain advertising activities may constitute “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws, and consumers may exercise applicable opt-out rights as described below.

Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required to operate and secure the Site and Services, authenticate Users, maintain sessions, and provide requested functionality. The Site and Services may not function properly if these cookies are blocked.
Advertising and Conversion-Measurement Cookies
Provider uses third-party cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of Provider’s advertising campaigns, attribute sign-ups and purchases to those campaigns, and optimize campaign delivery. These technologies are not required to use the Site or Services and, where required by applicable law, are used only with consent.
Site Analytics Cookies
Provider uses a third-party session-analytics service to understand how visitors move through the Site, which pages and elements they interact with, and where they encounter errors or confusion, so Provider can improve the Site’s usability and performance. Provider configures this service to mask text entered into forms. These technologies are not required to use the Site or Services and, where required by applicable law, are used only with consent.
Provider does not currently use functional or personalization cookies and does not use cookies to display interest-based advertising to you on other websites. If our practices change, we will update this Cookie Policy and obtain consent where required by applicable law before using nonessential cookies.

The Services may link to or interact with third-party websites and services selected by Customers, including MCP Clients and Connected Platforms. These third parties may use cookies when you visit or use their services. Provider does not control cookies placed by independent third parties, and their use of cookies is governed by their respective privacy and cookie notices.
Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for new purchases. Cookies and similar technologies used on Paddle’s websites or checkout environment are governed by the Paddle Privacy Notice at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy and applicable Paddle notices.
Exempt, or with consent.
For individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Provider places strictly necessary cookies under the exemption for such cookies available under applicable ePrivacy law, and processes the resulting personal data based on its legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating and securing the Site and Services. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent where applicable cookie law provides an exemption. Advertising and conversion-measurement cookies and site analytics cookies are not strictly necessary; for individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Provider requests consent where required before those cookies are placed or accessed and processes the resulting personal data based on consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using portions of the Site or Services. Instructions vary by browser and device.
Provider does not sell personal information. To the extent Provider’s use of advertising and conversion-measurement cookies is treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state law, Provider will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, to the extent required by applicable law. You may also opt out of nonessential cookies, including advertising and site analytics cookies, through available cookie settings or by contacting us as described below.
When this changes.
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the cookies we use, the Services, or applicable law. When we update this Cookie Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
