Jack your AI agents into Addigy, the Apple device management (MDM) platform MSPs use to run Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV fleets — universal fact-based device search, policies, MDM commands and configuration profiles, software and prebuilt-app deployment, custom facts and variables, monitoring and alerting, compliance benchmarks, system updates, end-user management, and integrations (MalwareBytes OneView, Autotask, ConnectWise, Azure Conditional Access). 254 tools across 19 classes (118 Free / 136 Pro), spanning the full Addigy API v2 surface.
Single fixed global base URL — one static x-api-key token, no region selection and no OAuth / PKCE flow. Granular per-token Addigy permissions are honored on every request.
Free is 118 read-only tools. Pro and Business unlock the full 254-tool surface — MDM commands, configuration profiles, software deployment, and every write action.
All plans include 3 StackJack Meta tools · Addigy vendor limit: 1,000 req / 10s — StackJack caps at 600 req/min per tenant
Pro and Business expose the identical 254-tool set — Addigy uses a single static API token (no OAuth / per-user attribution), so Business is purely a 10× call cap (50K/mo).
Generate a token under Account → Integrations → API & Webhooks → V2 tab, choosing the least-privilege permission set it should carry. The token is shown once — paste it into StackJack, which validates it against a read endpoint and stores it in Azure Key Vault. Every request sends it in the x-api-key header. Because there is no per-user flow, all calls are attributed to the single integration token. Discover scope with addigy_get_api_key_permissions and enumerate org IDs with addigy_list_child_organizations.
Addigy is itself multi-tenant. Tools act on the token's own org (/devices), an explicit org by ID (/o/{organization_id}/… — most writes), or an org aggregate (/oa/…) that reads across the whole MSP hierarchy with multitenancy=true. Fan a single read across every descendant org, or target a CSV of child orgs.
Addigy enforces the harshest penalty of any StackJack connector: exceeding 1,000 requests per 10 seconds locks out all further requests for 24 hours. StackJack's 600 req/min/tenant ceiling is set far below the vendor limit so a busy tenant can never trip it. Separately, the Pro MDM-command tools execute immediately against real devices — addigy_erase_device, addigy_lock_device, and addigy_delete_device are destructive and cannot be undone. A 403 means the token lacks a permission — not that it is invalid.
Free is the 118 read-only surface across all 19 classes. Pro adds 136 write tools: MDM commands, configuration profiles, software and prebuilt-app deployment, compliance, scripts, system updates, and webhooks.
Drive the full Apple fleet end-to-end — search by any device fact, run MDM commands, deploy profiles and apps, enforce compliance benchmarks, triage alerts, and roll updates across every child org.
